Getting support for your existing systems shouldn’t be difficult, and for those who like to have peace of mind in the case of a breakdown, we’ve got you covered.

If you’re an existing customer of Hadley AV our new value-packed subscription services are a perfect addition to your all-in-one smart-home solution. For a small monthly price, you’ll have priority access to our trained team of professionals for remote-support and diagnostics on your smart home solutions.

We’re bringing a personal-touch to our work by offering this as a priority support service, to make sure your systems are working at all times of the day, reaching us through email, phone and web to get you going again.

Here’s what you can expect for your Smart Home Premium Support Service:

  • Priority Support: A fully-trained smart-home technician can be contacted for diagnostics and help on connectivity issues, software updates, syncing and errors. We can help you get back up and running remotely, without needing a home visit. We can even speak to BT, Virgin or Sky on your behalf.
  • Professional Advice: Looking to upgrade your devices? Our team can give you tailored advice on what would be a worthwhile upgrade to your system, new gadgets they think you’d like or the latest tech for a smart home.
  • Guaranteed Callouts: We know your smart home solutions are complex and sometimes things don’t work how they should. If we can’t get you up and running with our remote-help and support, we’ll guarantee a technician call-out to your property to diagnose and fix your issue as soon as possible. (Call out fees still apply at £70+VAT for the first hour, and £50+VAT thereafter.).
  • Annual Service Visits x4: Four service visits per year included in our Premium plan only
